Hello I'm Richard. I have a small herd of Norwegian Forest cats based in the countryside of Dorset in a small village called Child Okeford. Our cats comprise of Fallon, Morwenna, Shania, Fandango, Bilabongboogy And Easi Eddie

I was introduced to the wonderful world of Wegies When I meet Christine from the Landsker Prefix in 2003. I found these cats to a great breed. I became addicted very early on! They have taught me that they are ‘Cats with Manners’ and I haven’t looked back since. I hope to do my bit for the breed and keep in mind not only the type, which is important, but also the temperaments that as beeders we hold so dear, in our breeding. my aim is to produce good type, and solid boned cats. I also hope that they will be well-adjusted kittens that are family oriented. My first litter has brought me so much enjoyment, that I would like to pass on to you and your families.

I have some wonderful outside runs to give interest to the adults and kittens alike. I designed their great walkways that they just love to run through at all times. My hopes are to expand the runs and walkways with a view to the cats pretty much being able to access all parts of the garden and be with me wherever I go.

2005 was the first year that some of Merlynmajic kittens went to shows around the country. I enjoy the sociable side to breeding as well :-) It’s great to meet others who love the breed as much as I already do.
